Welcome to 7EventHub. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 7EventHub website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Definitions

  • Event Organizer refers to users who create and manage events on our platform
  • Vendor refers to service providers offering event-related services
  • Attendee refers to users who purchase tickets or register for events

Account Registration and Security

Registration Requirements

To use certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Use of Services

Permitted Use

Tickets, Bookings, and Payments

Ticket Purchases

When you purchase tickets or book services through our platform:

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer
  • Ticket prices are set by event organizers, not by 7EventHub
  • You are responsible for reviewing event details before purchase
  • Refund policies are determined by individual event organizers
  • 7EventHub acts as an intermediary for ticket transactions
  • Service fees may apply and will be clearly displayed before purchase

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount, including all applicable fees and taxes.

Event Organizer Responsibilities

If you are an Event Organizer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your events
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your events
  • Honor all ticket sales and bookings made through the platform
  • Clearly communicate your refund and cancellation policies
  • Maintain appropriate insurance for your events
  • Be solely responsible for the organization and execution of your events
  • Pay all applicable fees and commissions to 7EventHub

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by 7EventHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 7EVENTHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Event Organizer Responsibility

7EventHub is not responsible for the actions of event organizers, vendors, or other users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of events listed on our platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 7EventHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • At your request
  • Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
